Modern cybersecurity reporting is crowded with vendor marketing claims, anonymous leaks, and fleeting news cycles that disappear without accountability. When an intrusion occurs, initial reports frequently misidentify the adversary, exaggerate the exploit mechanics, or misattribute motives.
The Cyberattack Case Library provides an authoritative counterweight: a public, structured record of real cyber incidents built exclusively from primary sources. We catalog grand jury indictments, criminal complaints, plea agreements, sentencing memorandums, CISA technical advisories, SEC Form 8-K Item 1.05 disclosures, and OFAC sanctions actions.
Technical Architecture
The system is designed with strict boundaries to ensure data integrity, resilience, and user privacy:

- Immutable Static Exports: The public website never connects to an operational database. Every page is pre-rendered at build time from committed, version-controlled JSON datasets.
